Returns Policy - Simplemente Verde
RETURNS
Note that all our products are inspected prior to dispatch. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item(s) have been damaged in shipping then please contact us within two working days to report the damage. This enables us to promptly file a claim with Seur our national carrier company. Please keep all boxes and packaging material along with the damaged item since Seur may wish to pick up the package for inspection.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) ordered, please call us on 0034 952 556 583 or email info@simplementeverde.com and explain the reason for return. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
If possible, re-pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging material. Please do not allow any items to move freely in the box and be sure to use adequate cushioning. Refunds will not issued for any items damaged in return shipping. All returns must be reported before re-shipping commences.
It is the customer’s responsibility to safely return the goods to our returns department, the address is listed on the Contact us page. The cost for all returns is also the responsibility of the customer and not Simplemente Verde S.C. Please note that all returns will be subject to a standard 30€ packing and administration charge for every 100€ spent.
Where the products are damaged the items will be re-collected free of charge by Seur and will be thoroughly inspected on return. Upon inspection of the returned a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable.
Item(s) must be received in original condition; items returned in used, altered or damaged condition will not receive refunds.
Any returns should be shipped using insured, traceable mail, such as Seur, TNT etc. Please ensure all returned items are properly insured Simplemente Verde will not issue refunds for damaged items; a damage/loss claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Shipping/insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Returns that arrive Cash on Delivery cannot be accepted. All returns must be received by us within 7 days of informing Simplemente Verde of the problem.
We try our best to accurately display the colours of the products shown on our website. However, depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Due to packaging constraints your item(s) may need shaping. Gently twist or bend the stems to achieve a natural look. Average size noted on the item description is determined by how it is shaped. We measure the height from the bottom of the container to the top of the foliage, and the width of the foliage at the widest point. If you have any questions, please email info@simplementeverde.com
Please note that our products are not intended for outdoor use, unless stated in the item description. Do not place product near a heat source or open flame. Simplemente Verde will not be held responsible for misuse of products.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted; refunds will not be issued for items returned without fully informing us of your situation.
Please contact us prior to returning any items. Special order items, clearance items and items purchased through eBay auctions cannot be returned.
DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped within 48 -72 hours in business days for in stock items. Note that your billing address must match the address that your credit card issuer has on file for you; incorrect information will delay the processing and shipping of your order. You will be notified by email if there is a problem with your order information.
