Do your products look real?

Not only do our products look real, some of them feel just like the real thing. All our products are hand crafted and a lot of our selection are made from natural materials. How can we keep our prices so low?

By buying all our products in huge quantities, we can pass the discounts on to you, with up to 65% off high street prices. By cutting out unnecessary expenses such as shops and showrooms we can ensure our prices stay low. But please remember, stock is limited and sold on a first come first served basis - once it's gone it's gone.

Can I buy products that are not advertised on your website?

All products in stock are advertised on our website. If you are interested in purchasing anything that is not shown please contact us by phone or email at info@simplementeverde.com and we will endeavour to help you. However please remember that products not advertised need to be ordered in large quantities to ensure our prices stay as low as possible.

How do I make an online order?

It's really easy.
Choose the product you would like to buy.
Click on BUY NOW - this will put your product in the shopping basket and include your free plant.
When all of your products are in the shopping basket click on CHECKOUT.
Please enter all your details correctly – remember details cannot be changed once your order is made. A separate facility is provided for an address which differs between the delivery and the invoice.
Scroll down and choose your method of payment - Credit card, bank transfer or paypal.
Confirm your order.

How do I know if my online order has been successful.

Once you have placed your order please check your email. You will have received confirmation. For clients paying by bank transfer please note that a second email will be sent to you as soon as possible to confirm details of payment and to send you our bank details.
If you have any questions regarding the state of your order or you have not received our bank details within the day please contact us by phone or email.

I have placed an online order but need to change it what do I do?

Either call one of the numbers advertised on the website or email us at info@simplementeverde.com and we will be happy to help you. Please have your reference number ready.

Can I make my order by phone?

Sure, just call one of the numbers advertised on our website and we will be pleased to take your order. Please note that orders made with Paypal payments must be made online.

Can I pay on receipt of goods?

All goods must be paid for before shipping. Our aim is to service outlets with a top quality product at an extremely competitive price. In order to do so we request that all payments are received in full prior to dispatch. We do not receive any options to delay payment from our suppliers and all remunerations due are paid in full prior to them sending our order. As this does not incur any credit our costs are kept to a minimum and the benefits of a lower cost price are passed directly on to the customer when purchasing our products.

Do your products include IVA?

Yes all our products are advertised with IVA included.

What are the delivery charges?

You can calculate your delivery charges before you go to CHECKOUT. Once all the products you desire are in your shopping basket you will see the text prompting you to calculate the costs. Just put in your postal area and the computer will do the rest for you!
Delivery charges depend on product and distance. You only pay per kg not per plant to ensure it works out as economical as possible.

Can I arrange my own delivery?

Simplemente Verde uses SEUR for their transportation due to their excellent record in care and efficiency. We aim to delight all our customers and we find it is just as important to ensure your delivery gets to you on time and in perfect condition.

Can I pick my order up directly from the warehouse?

All orders must be sent by courier unless previously arranged by phone (special circumstances only). Our premises are not open to the public.

Do you deliver outside mainland Spain?

Simplemente Verde delivers to mainland Spain, the Balearics, the Canary Islands, Cueta and Melilla. See the delivery charges to find out the delivery costs.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders placed before 12:00 will be received within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 will be received within 72 hours.
Please note that no deliveries will be made on weekends or local holidays.
Also please be aware that for clients living in remote areas their order may be slightly delayed due to logistical issues.

Delivery instructions can be entered when filling in your delivery address.
Please note that all deliveries must be signed for and cannot be left but don,t worry you don't have to stay in all day! If you are not at home when we deliver a note will be left with contact details and the delivery company will always try again.
